Project Timeline

Phase 1: Planning & Ideation (6/11 – 12/11)

In the first phase, we focus on getting clear about the project’s goals and what we want to achieve. We do some research about psycholinguistics and language learning to ensure we’re building something meaningful. We’ll sketch out the basic structure of the app, brainstorming ideas for features and creating simple wireframes to lay the foundation for what’s to come.

Phase 2: Design (13/11 – 19/11)

We’ll create the wireframes and design the user interface (UI) to make sure everything looks and feels interesting. The design will have a calming blue and white color scheme, which is perfect for a learning app, helping users focus and stay engaged. We aim to create an intuitive, clean design that feels professional yet approachable.

Phase 3: Development (20/11 – 23/12)

In this phase, we start building the app design in figma. We’ll design the project, develop all the different features (like AI Chat, Pronunciation Feedback, and Vocabulary Builder), and make sure everything works smoothly in figma design.

Phase 4: Testing & Evaluation (24/12 – 29/12)

After development, we put everything to the test. We’ll test the app in figma internally. Then, on 26/12, we’ll gather feedback from real users to see how they interact with the app and identify areas for improvement. Any issues will be fixed, and the app will be fine-tuned for performance and usability.

Phase 5: Finalization & Presentation (30/12 – 6/1)

In this phase, we make any last-minute adjustments, polish the design, and get everything ready for presentation. We’ll create a presentation, including a demo of the app, to show off the hard work we’ve done. The project wraps up with the final presentation on 6/1, where we showcase the app in its completed form.
